Deliverable documents

Deliverables are the documents which need to be provided to the client of the project, as they are requested in the project contract, MR (Material Requisition) or SOS ( Scope of Supply ).
In general, deliverables are distributed in pdf format, sometimes accompanied by the same files in native format.
The issue purpose indicates the reason a document is issued. Mostly documents are issued for Approval or for Review. Sometimes issue for Information is sufficient. They will be returned with a Review Code.
