Define subset(s) of documents for manufacturer(s)

In a project there might also be involved one or more 'manufacturing' companies.
The documents needed by these manufacturers will be a subset of deliverables, non-deliverables, client specifications etc.
logicDCMS offers the so called Distribution Matrix. In this Distribution Matrix the subset for each Manaufacturer can be defined.
 

Navigate to Document Control menu -> Vendors /Manufacturer /Inspection Bodies -> Maintain distribution matrix

Select the manufacturer you want to create the subset for (upper part of form).
From the left bottom pane you can select the documents you want to add to the subset.
The right bottom pane shows the documents which have been selected.
With the arrows in the bottom panes you can move documents from left to right or vice versa.
By putting filters on the document vendor, discipline or type columns you can limit the visible documents in the panes to make it easier to make a selection of the available documents.
